As of 01 September 2011, the present guidelines are applicable to all Science meetings and Visits grants supported within the frame of an ESF Research Networking Programme. Awards accepted by the awardee prior to 01 September 2011 for an event or a visit taking place before 31 December 2011 however are not subject to the penalties for late reporting set out in the Guidelines.
