European Success Stories in Industrial Mathematics
At a recent event held in Dublin, Ireland, the significant contribution of mathematics to the solving of problems in industry across Europe was highlighted with the launch of the book ‘European Success Stories in Industrial Mathematics’.

The book came about as a result of a foresight initiative of the European Science Foundation and the European Mathematical Society on the importance of mathematics in research and innovation for the European industry.
