Short Visit Grants

How to submit a Short Visit proposal?
Please use this online Application form to submit your short-visit grant.
A complete Short Visit Grant application must include the following information:
- A description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit - A short curriculum vitae - Full address details of the prospective host - Proposed starting date - Estimated travel costs. Further information on procedures can be found in the Guidelines for Short Visit Grants.
Exchange Grants
Application Deadline: 1st March 2015 (closed)
How to submit an Exchange Grant proposal?
Please use this online Application form to submit your Exchange Grant proposal (from 2 weeks to 6 months).
Exchange Grant application must include the following information:
- A description of the proposed project work and the aim of the stay
- A curriculum vitae
- Five most recent publications
- A letter of recommendation
- A letter of acceptance from the host institute
- Proposed starting date
- Estimated travel costs
