Short Visit Grants
Short Visit Grants: CLOSED
These short visit grants are open to researchers based in Europe. They are meant for a stay from one European country to another. One Contributing Organisations should be involved.
These grants are for visits of up to one week, and between one week and 1 month, with an amount of up to 1600 EUR per visit.
There is no application form. Requests should contain:
- the name and affiliation of the scientist travelling and the research group to be visited;
- a short description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit (justifying its length);
- provisional dates for the visit.
The total cost awarded will be reimbursed after the visit. A short scientific report on the visit will be requested after termination of the visit.

Long Term Visit Grants
Long Term Visit Grants: CLOSED
These grants are for visits of more than one month (up to a maximum of three months) with an amount of up to 1500 EUR per month.
There is no application form. Requests should contain:
- the name and affiliation of the scientist traveling and the research group to be visited;
- a short description of the proposed project work and the aim of the visit (justifying its length);
- a brief curriculum vitae;
- a letter of acceptance from the host at the receiving institute (via e-mail)
- a letter of recommendation (via e-mail)
- provisional dates of the visit
- a budget estimate.
A short scientific report on the visit will be requested after termination of the visit.
