Final Programme & List of Accepted Participants

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss B cell physiopathology beyond conventional biological issues. This goal will be fulfilled by bringing together individuals working in truly distinct disciplines but focused fully on the common theme: B cells and their place in health, disease and society. A wide spectrum of disciplines will thus be covered ranging from immunology, neurosciences, physical and engineering sciences, social sciences as well as medicine. A substantial part of the program will be devoted to themes which are not traditionally associated with B cell biology. The open atmosphere of the conference will give theoretical scientists the opportunity to exchange ideas and start collaborative projects with mainstream B cell immunologists. We expect this meeting to encourage B cell specialists to rethink methodological and conceptual approaches to their specialty. Special efforts will be made to render this meeting interactive and to promote active participation of young scientists. Accordingly, poster sessions and short talks (selected from abstracts) are planned.
