Peer review support is a core activity of ESF. We are developing structures and resources to respond to the growing demand for assistance from European actors involved in supporting research through competitive calls. The ESF is pleased with this development, which shows recognition of the quality of ESF’s international peer review as has been developed in EUROCORES, and especially in EURYI.
ESF has the capacity to provide optimised, tailored, quality-controlled, independent and neutral scientific peer review for the selection of research activities. Benefiting from its long experience and know-how as well as its the competence and rigour of its staff, the ESF Peer Review processes are assets for strengthening programmatic research portfolios.
