This programme was launched in January 1994 for a period of four years. The programme was supported by Member Organisations in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
A programme newsletter is available from the ESF office (printed February 1998).
The programme ceased activities at the end of 1998. A final series of workshops were held in 1998 and 1999
