Berliner Wissenschafts-Verlag published the results of the programme in a 12 volume series completed in 2008 on the processes of production, distribution, communication (mediation) and reception of musical works as well as of their forms of transmission and circulation. The series is edited by Christoph Hellmut Mahling (Universität Mainz), Christian Meyer (Université de Strasbourg), Eugene K. Wolf † (University of Pennyslvania). Musical Life in Europe 1600-1900: Circulation, Institution, Representation, Berliner Wissenschafts-Verlag, 12 volumes.
