Summary
This programme was launched in January 1993 for a period of four years. The programme was supported by Member Organisations in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. The Final Conference was held in Delphi, Greece, on 17-22 September 1997. A final report is available from the ESF.
