Europrobe is designed to increase our understanding of the tectonic evolution of the Earth’s crust and mantle and the dynamic processes that led to its current state.
Drawing on the expertise of more than 500 scientists from 24 European countries, the programme is studying a section of the lithosphere that straddles Western and Eastern Europe, from the Atlantic to the Urals. More
