The FUNCDYN Research Networking Programme is offering the possibility for researchers working on the topics closely related to the Programme to go to another European laboratory for periods of between a few days and one month (in exceptional cases, visits of up to two months may be supported).
Applications should show how the visit will lead to increased insight in functional dynamics in complex chemical and biological systems. This should be done by specifying the scientific problem which will be addressed and which methods will be used. It should also be indicated why the interaction of the participating groups is expected to be essential for this and how the visit will benefit both groups and the FUNCDYN Programme. Interdisciplinary investigations emphasizing biological aspects are encouraged.
The deadlines for applications are: 1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 1 December.
For visits of up to 15 days, applicants should follow the procedures for Short Visits.
For visits of between 15 days and one month, applicants should follow the procedures for Exchange Grants.
