Summary:
Saturday 27th February will be for arrival with a welcome reception and dinner at the Hotel in the evening
Sunday 28th February will be the first full conference day, with sessions beginning at 08.45.
Buses will be provided from the Hotel to the conference venue at Kyushu University
Thursday 4th March: Departure from the Hotel will be directly after Breakfast
