European Association of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (EACPT) In the last few years, Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (CPT) has made advances in a number of European countries (e.g. France, Germany, Italy and Spain) while in the east of the region, the map of Europe has changed out of all recognition in the last 2 or 3 years. This has led to a desire to help the emerging scientific disciplines in Eastern Europe. In the last 2 years, extensive discussions have taken place between various clinical pharmacologists in Europe with a view to forming a European Association of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (EACPT).
