ESF Research Conferences

The conference will be held at Golden Tulip de Beyaerd, Hulshorst, the Netherlands. The hotel is only 45 minutes from Amsterdam and it is surrounded by nature: it is bordering on the Dutch National Park 'The Veluwe' and the lovely Veluwe Lake.

Practical Information Guide

Group Transportation

Buses will be arranged on arrival and departure day from Amsterdam Schiphol airport and from Nunspeet trainstation. You are strongly urged to take advantage of this organised transportation, which is included in the conference fee. Do not forget to plan enough time for both journey and checking-in at the airport when booking your flight! PLEASE NOTE that the conference will be over on Friday 12 at 11:00, therefore book your flights accordingly. PLEASE BOOK YOUR SEAT HERE!
  
The coaches will have a sign in the window indicating  “ESF Research Conferences” for easy recognition.
     
Group transportation on November 8:

• From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport: 16:00 and 18:00
  The bus driver will wait for you at 16:00 and 18:00 at the official meeting point of the airport in the arrivals area. See map.
  He will have a sign indicating “ESF Research Conferences” .
    
• From Nunspeet trainstation: 16:00 and 18:00
  As soon as you arrive, please call the hotel and they will send you a pick up. Hotel number is: +31 (0) 341 451541

Accommodation

Please note that SINGLE accommodation can only be guaranteed to invited speakers. All other participants will share a TWIN room. In case single rooms would become available at the time of the conference, rooms will be attributed on a “first come, first served” basis. Only the TWIN conference fee should be paid to the ESF when registering. The supplement for single should be paid to the venue directly.
