Programme |
The scope of the conference includes Completely Integrable Systems (mostly PDEs and systems of ODEs) and related subjects such as Random Matrices, Whitham and Seiberg-Witten theory, Orthogonal Polynomials, Processes in
Combinatorial Probability that are asymptotically described by Integrable Systems and Exactly Solvable Interacting Particle Systems modeling nonequilibrium phenomena.

- All other Participants: in the registration form, it will appear as though you can select accommodation. Please ignore this section – any indications you make will not change your status of Non-Residential participant (the fee does not cover accommodation).

All participants - including speakers, chairs & session chairs - are kindly expected to confirm their attendance (and, when applicable, to pay the conference fee) by filling in a Registration Form.

After this date a 150 EUR late registration supplement will be added.
Accommodation |
Unless informed otherwise, participants must book their own accommodation. We recommend that participants stay at ARCOTEL Boltzmann Vienna (2 minutes walk from the ESI).
Special rates have been negotiated with this hotel and can be availed of if booked through the ESI.

Indicate your full name (first and second/family name), arrival & departure dates and the type of room you require.

4 - 7 July: Conference sessions
Friday 08 July: Departure after breakfast
There will be no talks other than those listed on the final programme.
Recommended Poster size is A0 (Vertical). Use letters and drawings that can be read from approximately 100 cm distance. Posters can be affixed with pins, cellotape and Blu-Tack.

Fees & Grants |
Conference fees cover all basic meeting costs. This includes a welcome reception, coffee breaks, one special conference dinner and excursion. Please note - all other meals are not included.
