Basic expenses comprise:
- registration and meeting costs
- accommodation in twin room sharing with another participant
- all meals, coffee breaks and drinks included
- participation at the excursion and the conference dinner
- group transportation from/to the nearest airport

4 EUR of this fee is used to make this conference more ecologically sustainable. This amount will allow us to offset almost 100% of the CO2 emissions created by this conference and are part of our efforts to make ESF Research Conferences greener... For more information, please click here.

| Single Room Supplement | Some single rooms may be available upon request. An additional cost of 150 € will be charged for an upgrade to a single room. The supplement is payable to us by bank transfer. | Plus 150 € |
| Late Registration Supplement | An additional 150 € will be charged if participants register after the official registration deadline. | Plus 150 € |
Payment Methods
Conference fees must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard) via the online registration form by the registration deadline. A 150 EUR supplement is added if full payment has not been received by the registration deadline.
Payments by bank transfer are accepted only in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a 10 EUR supplement. Contact the Conference Officer for details.
Payments by cash and cheque are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy |
Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Conference Officer immediately. If notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks before the conference, all but EUR 100 will be reimbursed. No refund is possible if notice of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the conference.
