Measuring and Modelling of Volcano Eruption Dynamics (MeMoVolc)

Call for Short Visits and Exchange Grants

The next call for travel grant requests will be in the autumn of 2013.

Grants for short and exchange visits between participating laboratories and/or observatories will form the backbone of the network, in order to build collaborations and use analytical and computational facilities. The grants will be attributed preferentially, but not uniquely, to:

  • promote the transfer of technologies and modelling capabilities between laboratories/observatories
  • to facilitate the time-consuming process of analysing large datasets from multi-parameter measurement campaigns and numerical simulations

These grants are aimed in particular at young scientists. Funding will be offered to cover travel expenses and accommodation according to the ESF rules.
