MERIL- Mapping of the European Research Infrastructure Landscape

About the Project

The MERIL (Mapping of the European Research Infrastructure Landscape) project is the only systematic inventory of significant research infrastructures that is comprehensive over all European countries and scientific domains. MERIL provides high-quality information about research infrastructures and data extraction capabilities on an open-access web portal. With new funding from Horizon 2020, MERIL is undergoing a major upgrade to improve the data model, portal functionality, and user experience, to become the one-stop destination for policy-makers looking for up-to-date information on the research infrastructure landscape, for researchers looking for equipment and opportunities, and for research infrastructures looking for best practices and networking opportunities.
