Networking and dissemination activities are meant to encourage and facilitate scientific collaboration and deepen the impact of the research within a given domain or if appropriate across different domains and programmes.
Please note that the ECRP scheme in the social sciences operates differently to typical EUROCORES programmes. Please visit the ECRP pages for more information.
Networking activities are collaborative activities bringing together scientists from at least two Collaborative Reasearch Projects, and on occasion external experts in order to discuss, plan and implement future collaboration and interaction. Possible activities include:
Science meetings
Submission of a EUROCORES networking activity proposal
|
Visits
Submission of a EUROCORES short-term visit proposal
|
Dissemination activities are intended to deepen the impact of the research and strengthen the field by facilitating the dissemination of results while raising the profile of a EUROCORES programme as a whole.
Submission of a EUROCORES dissemination activity proposal Guidelines for dissemination activities within a EUROCORES programme (PDF) Proposals for EUROCORES publication or dissemination travel grants must be submitted offline. Please use the forms below:
Proposals for other EUROCORES dissemination activities (i.e. invited sessions at larger conferences and working group meetings) must be submitted online through a link provided either on the programme website or by the ESF Office. |
Appropriate acknowledgement of support from the ESF should appear in all presentations, reports, publications and other documentation resulting from activities which are funded either partially or entirely by a EUROCORES Programme. A reprint of the published document should be sent to the ESF.
Example of a standard acknowledgement text:
"This work, as part of the European Science Foundation EUROCORES Programme XXXXX, was supported by funds from the <Names of participating national Funding Agencies>" "This work has been financed by <Names of involved national Funding Agencies> within the EUROCORES Programme XXXX of the European Science Foundation." or: "The authors gratefully acknowledge the financial support provided by <Names of involved national Funding Agencies> through the XXX Programme of the European Science Foundation." |
Depending on the use of the ESF logo (website, poster...) there are different formats available. Please refer to the ESF Logos and downloads instructions.
