When
The meeting took place on 14-15 November 2010, with a welcome dinner scheduled upon the participants’ arrival on Sunday 14 November. The event closed Monday 15 September with a farewell lunch. For members of the Scientific Committee, a closed meeting took place on Monday afternoon.
Before the event, on Sunday afternoon, 14 November, the various EuroCORECODE Collaborative Research Projects had internal meetings.

Location was the comfortable Copenhagen Island Hotel , beautifully located in the heart of Copenhagen.
Important information for invitees
For invitees, travel costs (economy class) were reimbursed up to a maximum of € 350,- in accordance with the ESF rules of reimbursement that can be found on the second page of the ESF Travel Claim Form . Accommodation was reimbursed for the night of Sunday 14 November to Monday 15 November.
