The overall responsibility of the governance of the programme lies with the Management Committee, whose membership is formed by one representative from each participating funding organisation together with an ESF representative.
Full proposals were peer-reviewed. External Referees were selected from suggestions provided by, and in agreement with, the participating Funding Agencies. Based on the results of the peer-review, the EuroVOL Review Panel recommended and prioritised the best applications for funding by the national Funding Agencies. Indeed, the proposal assessment and selection are the responsibility of an independant international Review Panel consisting of leading experts in the field.
The Scientific Committee which is formed by the Project Leader of each funded CRP will be responsible for proposing a Programme workplan including networking activities for scientific synergy in the EUROCORES Programme. They will also advise and support the EUROCORES Programme Coordinator and Administrator in the coordination of networking activities.
