The Young Botanists Day offers a forum to young researchers in all botanical disciplines. The Young Botanists' Day also encourages networking and collaboration between (inter)national research teams by crossing borders between universities and research disciplines in Botany.
This year the Young Botanists’ Day is organized over two days, the 24-25 November 2009 at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, BE). The theme is “Evolution in Botany: from Darwin to women” comprising two sessions: “Women in Botany” on the 24th November and “Evolution in Plants and Interactions with other organisms” on the 25th November.
